In this case, active phone calls will be aborted.

Payment and reimbursement can be done by staff or through a vending machine.

The patient receives a PIN which he can use to book any phone to his account. At the same time, he receives a virtual phone number, which stays with him throughout his stay in hospital. If the patient is moved to another room, he books the new phone using his PIN, and the new phone is attached to his account whereas the old phone is barred.

Upon discharge, automatically a detailed invoice is printed.
