For Computer-Telefonie-Integration we support the protocol CSTA.
This interface protocol is used by many manufacturers of telephone
equipment to facilitate communication between PABX and computer.
CSTA is required whenever instructions are to be given to the PABX,
for example when checking in guests in the hotel application.
If the PABX masters CSTA, usually also its TAPI TSP uses the same protocol
to communicate with the PABX.
Some PABX' have proprietary protocols, most of which we also speak.
